General Information — Research Use Only

Research peptides are amino acid–based compounds supplied for use in laboratory research environments. They are commonly utilized to examine biological pathways, molecular interactions, and cellular processes under controlled experimental conditions. These materials are not intended for ingestion or administration to humans or animals.
No. All products sold on this site are provided strictly as research chemicals intended for in-vitro laboratory research use only. They are not approved for human consumption, veterinary use, therapeutic applications, or diagnostic procedures.
Our products are intended for qualified researchers, laboratories, institutions, and organisations conducting lawful scientific research. By placing an order, purchasers represent that they possess the appropriate knowledge, facilities, and authorisation to handle research chemicals in compliance with all applicable regulations.
Yes. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are provided where available and are used to verify analytical testing details such as purity and compound confirmation. Customers can reference batch verification information through the appropriate documentation or verification tools provided on the site.
Our peptides are produced to high research-grade standards and are typically supplied at high purity levels suitable for in-vitro laboratory research. Purity values may vary by compound and batch, and supporting analytical documentation is available where applicable.
Peptides are produced using standard industry research manufacturing methods and are prepared to support scientific study and analytical application. Manufacturing processes are designed to meet consistent research supply standards with appropriate quality controls.

All products sold by Aminoswork are chemical research reagents intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and development. These products are NOT for human consumption, veterinary use, or therapeutic or diagnostic applications.
By purchasing from this site, the buyer confirms that all products will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations and within an appropriate research setting.

Ordering & Payment

We accept standard credit and debit cards for online orders. Any additional payment methods available will be clearly displayed during checkout.

No. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. All sales are final. Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details — including shipping information — prior to completing checkout.

If a payment dispute or chargeback is filed, the order may be placed on hold while the dispute is reviewed. We reserve the right to restrict future purchases or refuse service in cases of payment disputes, chargebacks, or suspected fraud.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are generally prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends, holidays, and carrier-related delays. Processing times may vary during periods of high order volume.

Processing includes order verification, inventory confirmation, and preparation for shipment. Orders are not considered shipped until a tracking number has been issued.

No, international shipping is not available at this time. We currently only ship within the United States.

Once an order has been dispatched, a confirmation email containing tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Tracking updates become available as soon as the carrier scans the package.
Peptides may be sensitive to prolonged exposure to heat or moisture. While shipments are packaged to protect product integrity during normal transit conditions, short-term temperature variation during shipping does not automatically indicate product damage. Environmental exposure after delivery — including time spent in mailboxes or unattended locations — is the responsibility of the recipient.
Responsibility for an order transfers to the purchaser once the shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate at the time of checkout. Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Route is an optional shipment protection service that may be selected during checkout. When added, Route provides coverage for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.
If Route package protection was added at checkout, claims related to shipping issues should be submitted directly through Route’s claims portal.
Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient. If Route package protection was selected, customers may submit a claim through Route. Without Route coverage, customers should contact the carrier directly.

Damage claims must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. To submit a claim, please contact customer support and include: Your order number and clear photographs of the outer packaging as well as photographs of the affected product. Claims submitted after 72 hours, or without adequate documentation, may not be eligible for review. Products that have been opened, handled, or improperly stored after delivery are not eligible for damage claims.

All orders are final sale. Due to the nature of laboratory research products, returns and refunds are not offered.

Storage & Handling

For optimal stability, peptides should be stored in a cool, dry, and dark environment. Many research laboratories store lyophilized peptides at −20 °C. Always follow any product-specific storage recommendations provided.

Yes. Peptides can degrade over time, particularly when exposed to heat, light, moisture, or repeated temperature fluctuations. Proper storage conditions help maintain stability and integrity, and long-term storage is typically recommended in a freezer environment where applicable.
Peptides are typically dissolved using appropriate research-grade solvents depending on the compound and intended research application. Common solvents include bacteriostatic water or other laboratory-approved solutions. Always follow compound-specific handling guidelines and ensure proper sterile technique is used when preparing research solutions.

Technical & Compliance

Yes. Our peptides undergo analytical verification and batch testing to confirm identity and purity. Verified analytical data is available for supported products, helping ensure consistency and quality for research applications.

No. We do not offer experimental design guidance, protocols, dosing information, or application recommendations. Researchers are responsible for conducting independent literature review and ensuring proper experimental design and regulatory compliance.

Our products are offered strictly for lawful in-vitro laboratory research purposes. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that ordering, importing, possession, and use of research chemicals is permitted under their local laws and regulations.

In most cases, a formal license is not required to complete a purchase. However, customers must acknowledge that all products are intended solely for laboratory research purposes and are not approved for clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use.
